Vernon Applegate and Gioi Tran

Applegate Tran founders and principal designers Vernon Applegate and Gioi Tran expanded their San Francisco-based firm to New York following a decade of financial and critical success.

Gioi Tran received a B.A. in Interior Design from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. He is recognized for his expertise in kitchen and bath design, and is frequently interviewed in industry publications. Gioi has served as a board member for Northern California Chapter of NKBA.

Vernon Applegate was educated at The University of the Arts, in Philadelphia, where he received a B.S. in Architectural Studies, and has done additional coursework through the University of California. He worked for several notable interiors design firms in Los Angeles and San Francisco prior to opening ATI.
