Linda Delehant

As a designer with award-winning Applegate Tran Interiors, Linda Delehant brings the best of two worlds to her Sacramento-area clients. From her office in San Francisco, Linda has easy access to the latest trends and products, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with the talented Applegate Tran staff.

In Sacramento, her home for 25 years, Linda has developed an understanding of local lifestyles, design preferences and resources. As a result, she has played a lead role in a number of the firm's past and current projects in such well-known neighborhoods as Los Lagos, Sierra Oaks, Fair Oaks, the Fabulous Forties, Carmichael, Wilhaggin and Del Norte Woods.

Linda has a B.S. in Textiles and Design from the University of Nebraska and an Associate of Applied Arts in Interior Design from Maric College.

She and her colleagues have a clear, consistent approach to design: every project is unique, reflecting the personality and lifestyle of each client while working within the established budget. Their goal is to provide outstanding design solutions and extraordinary customer service.

The Applegate Tran team orchestrates all elements of a residential or commercial interior design, from color consultation through architectural planning and project management. They use their knowledge of color, texture, pattern, form and materials to create balanced, harmonious interiors that are both functional and beautiful.
